How data is handled in this working prototype.
What is stored
Email, confirmed profile, uploaded documents, jobs, application packages, submission history, and support messages are stored to operate your account.
Where data is processed
This local prototype uses one database and a shared file store. Region selection changes service settings, not physical infrastructure. Hosting and the final operator policy must be reviewed before a public launch.
AI field extraction
Uploaded resume text and job postings are sent to DeepSeek to extract structured fields. Imported profile data remains unconfirmed until you review it.
Package generation
Demo packages are assembled locally. When an external AI provider is configured, processing depends on its terms and the service configuration.
Export and deletion
Account settings include export and deletion requests. Deletion stops new tasks. A background task clears files and related data; required records may be retained under applicable obligations.
